Orange Chocolate Mousse

Orange Chocolate Mousse (Dairy free)

 120 g dark chocolate

180 mls tinned coconut milk

2 tbsp hone

1 tsp vanilla

60 mls/4tbsp coconut oil

Grated rind of 1 orange

 

 

 

  1. Shake coconut milk before opening and measure out
  2. Combine coconut milk & chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and just warm enough to melt the chocolate, remove from heat and set aside
  3. Add coconut oil, honey, vanilla & orange rind to food processor and pour in the melted chocolate mixture
  4. Blitz on high speed for about a min or until mixture is smooth
  5. Divide into 4 small glasses and chill for 2 hours before serving
