Opinions are divided on the benefits & effects of the paleo diet. It is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit and excluding dairy or cereal products and processed food.
During this workshop relax and enjoy watching paleo dishes being prepared while gaining a better understanding of the diets origins and the positive effects of clean eating on one’s health.
This is a 4 hour cookery demo workshop covering all aspects of paleo eating plan, with easy to follow recipes ranging from breads, snacks, dinners & desserts.
The workshop will include everything from preparation & cooking of the dishes to lots of nutritional info throughout.
Lunch is included and sampling of all dishes produced on the day is a given.
